Timesjobs, one of the major job portals in India, conducts an exclusive session called ‘High Tea Live Chat Session’ every week. The session allows experts from top positions of HRs to directly interact with the skilled pool of talent available in the industry. The expert termed as ‘Celebrity of the week’, then answers the questions asked by the candidate over an hour-long chat.
In this week’s High Tea Chat session, held on 4th August, 2021, the ‘Celebrity of the Week’ was our very own Ms. Priya Chakravarty, Head HR Excellence – Essar, who interacted with job seekers on the topic “Tips to reinvent your career in the new normal”. The session witnessed participation from over 100+ live audience and over 300 questions from job hunters that were filtered out by a Timesjobs moderator to manage the limited time period.
The discussion around the overarching topic helped the industry talent to address their concerns from reshaping their career, switching their domain amid these unprecedented times and concerns over gaps in their career, to tips on how to create an attractive CV or important skill sets required for jobs today. Priya was able to cater to each of the questions and clear their doubts through this unique platform.
