Essar Power, one of the flagship assets of Essar Global Fund Ltd (EGFL), under its energy portfolio and among the first private independent power producers in India has bagged a slew of awards at the ‘Apex India Award 2021’. Organised by the Apex India Foundation, a non-profit organisation, the event honours individuals and organisations, working towards the betterment of the society across various fields.

The Apex India Excellence Award evaluation goes through a rigorous process and all nominations are assessed by experts from the government, academia and industry. The applications are shortlisted through a transparent selection criteria wherein a committee comprising of experts from various sectors are invited to examine the applications.
