With the fight against Covid-19 requiring a national effort, Essar Foundation is on duty for the our #CovidWarriors! Under the ‘Essar Cares’ initiative to help fight the pandemic, we recently supplied 2,000+ Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) kits to the 1,200-bed Covid-19 Ward of Civil Hospital, Ahmedabad.
Each PPE kit included a non-woven full body protective suit, 3 Ply mask, safety goggles, hand gloves, shoe cover & waste collection bag. The kits were handed over to Dr Prabhakar, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) and Dr Manish Sutaria, In-Charge Medical Officer, of the Civil Hospital.
We were humbled by the appreciation received by Dr Prabhakar and the recognition received by the official social media handles of Health and Family Welfare Department (Govt of Gujarat).
