For Mayuri Deka, a day at work involves ensuring the safety of her 170 team-mates working on Essar Oilfields Service Limited- Land Rig #4, stationed near Digboi, Assam.
The fact that she is the only woman on the team and that land rig operations is a risk-laden job is not a deterrent for her.
